After ATCS came back alive this morning, was able to spot something coming out of downtown STL. This is what I found, once it appeared. Only had to wait about 15 minutes for it to appear. Would meet an east bound either at Wentzeville or High Hill. Could not chase, as there was a major accident on I-70 that had all 3 lanes stopped! |
